Not only have we handled large volumes of claims in all areas of insurance, the concept of uncertainty in respect of time and place encompassing claims has made us develop various in-house mechanisms which give the best value proposition to all our clients at all times.
Our Service Proposition
- We have an In-house “Claims Handling” team whose expertise is wide and varied with many years of experience and a track record of successful resolution of claims.
- At each location we have a dedicated panel of Loss assessors accredited to us who shall advise you on the modalities of handling the claim.
- When a catastrophe strikes, we understand that every moment counts. We are with you at the time of loss to help you with the documentation and required support to ensure the right compensation. We utilize relationships developed over many years throughout the entire team to assist in the persuasive and compelling presentation of our client’s claims.
- For specific situations, India Insure assigns a dedicated resource at the client’s location who acts as an on-line solution provider to daily needs. Also in certain cases these services become pertinent with regards to complex and large claim proceedings.
