Ramakrishna or VRK as he is commonly known is Promoter of India Insure Risk Management & Insurance Broking Services Pvt. Ltd. He was instrumental in getting the First Insurance Broking license from the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India in the year 2002. Under his leadership the India Insure brand became well established in the Indian Insurance Market and came to be known as the most professionally managed insurance broking company in India. A chartered accountant by profession, VRK acquired and gained expertise across various classes of Insurance such as health Insurance, Engineering Insurance, Liability Insurance and Reinsurance. Having believed in a consultative approach for insurance broking he has brought in tremendous value adds to all his customers by stepping in their shoes and gaining a complete understanding of their risk exposures. VRK has spoken at various industry events and is frequently called up on by various industry bodies for advice on growth & development of the insurance industry.
Associated with India Insure since August 2017, Mr Rao spearheads the reinsurance business expansion in the African region. Mr. Rao comes with over 30 years of experience in the Insurance Industry and has had a wide exposure to both the domestic and International markets. He started his career with New India Assurance and as part of his tenure there he handled operations in Kuwait and for 2 years and was the MD & CEO of Prestiege Assurance, Nigeria ( subsidiary of New India) for about 4 years. After a short stint in National Insurance company, Mr. Rao moved to GIC Re as Director & General Manager in 2012. He successfully set up and operationalised GIC RE South Africa and retired as MD & CEO of GIC RE South Africa after ensuring almost 40% growth in premiums in the first year of operations of the company and also obtaining a S&P BB+ rating for GIC RE South Africa.
Vippin, a Member of the Board, Heads the Commercial Lines Broking operations of the Company. Associated with India Insure since inception, Vippin has been instrumental in establishing a country wide branch network. He has almost 3 decades of experience in a variety of roles such as HR, Marketing and Insurance. Prior to joining India Insure he was associated with Asian Paints, Medinova and Pennar Group.
Radhakrishna, a Member of the Board, heads the Risk Management team which focuses on advising Financial Institutions on the adequacy of Insurance protection available on their Credit portfolio. Associated with India Insure since inception, Radhakrishna has almost 3 decades of experience in the Financial Services industry. He brings rich insights on Risks associated in various sectors of the Industry. Prior to joining India Insure he was associated with First Leasing and Pennar group.
Arindam heads EB business with an extensive background of over 25 years in the BFSI sector. As a Business Development Professional, he has demonstrated prowess in Risk Management, Asset and Wealth Management, Distribution, and Debt Broking. Renowned for his strategic contributions, have held pivotal roles within prestigious organizations including Pennar Group, ICICI Capital, HDFC Asset Management, Fidelity International, JPMorgan Asset Management, and India Insure Risk Management. His proficiency lies in nurturing client relationships, identifying fresh business prospects, and formulating effective marketing strategies.

Purandar a mechanical engineer by qualification has been in the Engineering business for only 4 years very early on in his career. His foray into insurance was in 1998 when he started Medimanage along with his college mate, Sudhir. In the last 2 decades, Purandar has handled a variety of roles such as Strategy, Corporate & Retail Business Development, Mentoring and Finance. In 2018, After merger of Medimanage into India Insure, the business landscape has changed for him while retaining the entrepreneurial spirit and space. Currently Purandar is responsible for growth and expansion of the Retail Vertical in India Insure and also manages the Human Resources Division.
Deepali has been associated with India Insure for the last 16 years in various capacities. She was instrumental in setting up the Pune Branch, building the speciality lines vertical and starting the Reinsurance broking vertical of the company. She is currently responsible for the growth and expansion of the speciality lines and the reinsurance broking vertical for India Insure. Prior to India Insure, Deepali has four years of marketing experience in companies such as NIIT, Zee Education and Ad Expressions.
